Hello, I'm Maurizio Mattia, and I welcome you to the house where I grew up with my grandmother. After renovating it, I transformed it into a warm and inviting space where every detail tells the story and soul of this place: in every apartment, you'll find a piece of our family's history. Here, the warmth of family blends with rustic charm, while modern comforts make every stay enjoyable and relaxing. An authentic place, surrounded by nature, where each apartment offers peace and privacy. Whether you want to enjoy walks in the woods, peaceful moments with breathtaking views, or an active holiday exploring trails and peaks, you will find genuine hospitality and an experience that makes you feel at home, away from the hectic pace and worries of everyday life.

Three kinds of wood, three apartments
Oak in Luna, larch in Sole, spruce in Tramonto. Maurizio designed every apartment himself, and gave each one its own wood.
A house made to measure
We get the house ready before you arrive: in winter it's already warm when you walk in. It's called home automation: thermostats, lights and boot warmers that can be controlled remotely. We set them before you arrive; during your stay you control them yourselves, from the thermostats and switches in the apartment.
In the cold season you can tell us how warm you'd like it: it will be that way when you open the door.
We only remember what you write to us (your arrival time, your requests). And you can ask us to forget it.
What you'll find
- Need more time on your last day? Late check-out is possible for a small extra charge: ask Maurizio.
- There's a laundry in the village, Il Lavatoio, at via Liberazione 17.
- Free public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed).

House rules, in plain words
- Check-in is from 3 pm to 11 pm (tell us your arrival time beforehand) and check-out is by 11 am.
- No smoking indoors, e-cigarettes included. There's a smoking area outside, with an ashtray.
- No parties. If you would like to add a guest, tell us first.
- No loud music or noise: people live next door.
- Everything else (recycling, what to do before you leave) is explained in the apartment.

If you have booked, there's a guest area: how to get here, the Wi-Fi, the house guide and Maurizio's tips. It saves to your phone like an app, and can be read even with no signal.
